In adding members to the SYNLawn® Franchise team, we’ll be
looking for certain qualifications and characteristics. Our selection
criteria includes the following:
* Strong drive and desire for success
* Financial stability
* Ability to work with landscape design concepts and communicate landscape
design ideas to potential customers
* Confidence with working a computer and the Internet
* Solid sales and customer-service skills
* Capable of recruiting, training, and managing landscape personnel
* Prior management or corporate experience
* Willingness to work within a system and follow franchisor’s
direction
Prior landscaping or contractor experience will be considered a plus
but will not be a requirement.
