What You Get–Training and Support

In a commitment to franchisee success, Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill offers substantial training and support to franchisees throughout the franchise process. Prior to opening a franchise location, Bikinis provides site evaluation guidelines containing a number of criteria the site location must meet, including demographic characteristics, traffic patterns, parking, size, appearance and design. Bikinis will identify operating assets, products, food products and supplies needed to develop and operate the restaurant, as well as provide a list of designated and approved suppliers to meet these needs. Up to three employees/managers are encouraged to participate in an extensive initial training program at the Bikinis headquarters in Austin, TX. The program, which offers 4-8 weeks of comprehensive classroom and on-site instruction, covers topics such as the history and philosophy of Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill, pre-opening procedures, personnel issues, advertising, franchise reporting requirements, accounting, bookkeeping, customer service procedures, bartender duties, server duties, food preparation procedures, managerial duties, inventory, POS system, cleaning procedures and safety procedures.

Leading up to the opening of a franchised location, Bikinis will send two or more representatives to assist in opening operations for as long as deemed necessary. Once the Bikinis location has been successfully established, Bikinis will continue to provide support in the form of periodic on-going training courses and occasional advice regarding restaurant operations. Franchisees may also receive additional special guidance, assistance and training upon request.

Territory

Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill grants protected areas in geographic regions with a minimum population of 30,000 and containing both residential and working populations.
