Captain Tony’s Pizza & Pasta Emporium has been serving the delicious crispy, brick oven pizza which Antonio Martella originally made for his family in Rochester, New York over 38 years ago. Today, Captain Tony’s Pizza restaurant offers guests dine-in, take-out, and delivery of gourmet pizzas in the "anyway you want it" system, allowing them to choose from a variety of pizza toppings and combinations.

Investment Required
The fee for a Captain Tony’s Pizza franchise is between $10,000 and $20,000. The fee depends on the size of a dine-in unit; a franchise without a dine-in unit has a fee of $10,000, a franchise with a dine-in unit with 49 seats or less has a fee of $15,000, and a franchise with a dine-in unit of 50 seats or more has a fee of $20,000.

Ongoing Expenses
Captain Tony’s Pizza franchisees pay a monthly royalty fee of 4.5% of gross revenues, not in excess of $500 per week, a local advertising expenditure of up to 2% gross revenues, and a marketing fee ranging from 2% to 3% of gross revenues.
What You Get—Training and Support
Captain Tony’s Pizza support starts with assisting franchisees in site selection, reviewing locations based on size, traffic patterns, parking and other factors. Captain Tony’s Pizza also helps review a lease or purchasing offer and helps develop plans for construction and remodeling. Franchisees are provided with an Operation Manual and approximately 168 hours of field training on topics such as purchasing, food preparation, equipment maintenance, personnel selection and training, and financial record keeping.
Captain Tony’s Pizza provides franchisees with on-going support including providing promotional advertising. Upon request, Captain Tony’s Pizza can also provide personal advisory assistance on location.
