Investment Required
The fee for a SYNLawn® franchise is $20,000 for up to 400,000 persons in a territory. Extra fees applied for additional numbers of persons.
SYNLawn® provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

On-going Expenses
SYNLawn® franchisees pay royalty fees equal to 0% of gross sales for the first 5 years of operations and up to 3% of gross sales thereafter, a marketing fund contribution equal to 1% of gross sales and local advertising allocation equal to a minimum of 2% of gross sales. Franchisees also pay a technology fee equal to 0.5% of gross sales.
What You Get–Training and Support
SYNLawn® franchisees receive initial training including classroom instruction in SYNLawn®’s proprietary software, administration, operations, business and financial management, hands-on installation and sales/marketing with SYNLawn®’s solution-based selling approach. Franchisees also receive valuable hands-on experience selling and installing SYNLawn® products by attending on-the-job training. SYNLawn® offers assistance in pre-opening planning and on-going operational support from field representatives.
SYNOffice, SYNLawn®’s exclusive web-based management software, provides assistance to franchisees in running day-to-day operations. SYNLawn® has also prepared far-reaching support services and tools to help franchisees run the business, track marketing efforts, schedule employees, generate and manage leads, manage inventory and handle billing and accounting.
