Investment Required

The fee for an Ultrasonic Blinds franchise is $70,000.

Ultrasonic Blinds provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

On-going Expenses

Ultrasonic Blinds franchisees pay royalty fees equal to the greater of 7% of gross revenue or $400 per month. Other fees payable by the franchisee include a local advertising fee ranging from $1,000-$2,000 per month and a national advertising contribution equal to 1% of gross revenue.

What You Get–Training and Support

Prior to opening, Ultrasonic Blinds designates a protected area and provides advice about business site selection. Ultrasonic Blinds provides an initial training program to the franchise owner and a designated manager in Redondo Beach, CA. The training course consists of classroom and field instruction and covers equipment testing, accounting, personnel, marketing, sales and consultations, quality control, cleaning techniques, measuring and installation, customer service and mobile unit maintenance. Franchisees may also request one week of on-site training for assistance with opening activities.

Ultrasonic Blinds is committed to researching new products, services and business methods for the benefit of franchisees and the franchise system as a whole. Franchisees further benefit from additional on-going training including occasional on-site visits from a field representative and periodic regional and national conferences concerning on-going changes in the industry, operational techniques, product and service developments, personnel training, bookkeeping, accounting, advertising programs and new service procedures.

Territory

Ultrasonic Blinds grants exclusive territories within a 5-mile radius of the franchise location.
